Average mortgage rates hit another record low according to Freddie Mac’s weekly survey of mortgage rates.
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 4.32% for the week ended Thursday, down from the prior week’s 4.36% average and 5.08% a year earlier. It has set or matched a record low for 11 weeks in a row; Freddie started keeping track of such rates in 1971.
